Ordering Information
Our Sales Territory: 

We currently only ship products to destinations within the United States and territories of the United States. Some of our products can be shipped to Canada, but shipping charges will apply and products may be delayed going through customs. 
Payment Options: 

Our preferred method of sales to schools and other educational facilities is to obtain a purchase order from the school and then to bill the school after they have received the product. Schools can fax or email us a purchase order to get the order started quickly.We can also accept purchase orders from State and Federal Agencies, and in some cases private businesses.
Prepayment is required to start an order by private individuals. We offer a free online payment system that allows you to easily make a secure payment with your debit card, or from your PayPal account if you have one. We will email you an electronic invoice that you can pay online via PayPal's secure payment portal. This online payment system is fast, simple, secure, and free to the customer. 
We can also accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, but in order to sell products at such a low profit margin, we must pass on the credit card processing fees to the customer, so it will cost you an additional 2.9% of the purchase price of the item to pay by credit card. If you want to pay by credit card contact us, and we will send you an electronic invoice that you can pay online thru the PayPal payment portal which is fast, simple, and secure, but unfortunately not free when using a credit card.
We can accept money orders and checks are welcomed, but the order may not ship until checks have cleared. 
We are a True Blue of Idaho and Blue Cross of Idaho Provider. 
We are a Provider for the Federal Employees Insurance Program. 
We qualify as a Provider of hearing aids for many Insurance Plans. 
We are a Medicaid provider, contact us to see if we are accepting new patients. 
Quantity Discounts: 

We can provide quantity discounts on some of our products. Some manufacturers offer discounts on their products when you order more than the amount they specify to obtain the discount, so if you are going to purchase significant quantities of a product contact us and we will work with the manufacturer to see how much of a quantity discount we can obtain and then we can give you a price quote showing the possible quantity discounts.
How To Order: 

You can place an order using any method that is convenient for you, such as Phone, Fax, email, or US Mail. Occasionally we may not be able to return phone calls until the next business day if we are all working out of the office when you call, so if you know exactly what you need, emailing may result in slightly quicker order times, but frequently it is much better to discuss the order via a telephone conservation to make sure that we have all the details figured out prior to actually placing the order. Our goal is to get all orders correct the first time because correcting mistakes is costly and time consuming for everyone involved. 
Shipping Charges: 

We offer free ground shipping within the Continental United States on orders of $500.00 and above. Contact us for a price quote on orders of less than $500.00 and for orders going outside of the continental United States.

We can ship many smaller items that can fit in USPS flat rate boxes to Alaska, Hawaii, and some US territories at very reasonable rates, so contact us and we may still be able to ship your product free, or at minimal cost. 
Sales Tax: 

Idaho residents that are not exempt from paying sales tax must add 6% for Idaho Sales Tax on taxable items.
